In March 5, 1931, Blanche March and her husband, George, opened the doors of El Coyote Mexican Cafe for the very first time. The original location was a tiny spot on First Street and La Brea in Los Angeles, CA. Today’s location at 7312 Beverly Boulevard has an impressive seating capacity of 375 and continues to be L.A.s favorite traditional Mexican Restaurant.
As at past holiday parties, we will continue our UCLARA tradition of collecting donations for the UCLA Community Programs Food Closet. We can make a difference in the lives of the many students who visit this closet on a daily basis. Last year we collected over $1,100.00 in gift cards to support the students. If you would like to contribute, please bring a gift card from Ralph’s (the nearest grocery store to campus). Be sure to bring the gift card's receipt.
We have a private dining room (with its own restroom) for our party this year. There a few steps up to our room and there is an accessible entrance as well.
If you invite a guest to join us-you MUST provide an emergency contact name and phone number for that guest.
Parking: Behind the restaurant in their parking lot-free! There is limited street parking within walking distance of the restaurant.
Payments: The Association’s payment processor, AffiniPay, can process credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. For each credit card payment, you’ll need to enter the CVV number (i.e., security code, generally 3 or 4 digits) found on the back of the credit card as well as the card number and expiration date. You'll also be asked for the other usually requested information to complete the transaction.

Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation is necessary, a full refund will be given if the cancellation is requested before Thursday, December 1, 2026. For any cancellations after December 1, a full refund will be made only if a person on the waiting list can take your place. After December 5, no refunds will be given.
