Open Enrollment is the annual opportunity for University of California retirees to review, update, or make changes to their benefits for the upcoming calendar year. If you do not make changes during Open Enrollment, your current health coverage will generally continue into the next plan year; however, your premiums and out-of-pocket costs may change.
The UCLA Emeriti/Retirees Relations Center (ERRC) invites you to join one of our virtual Open Enrollment Help Desk sessions with a UCLA Health Care Facilitator. These sessions are offered in a live Zoom Q&A format during the Open Enrollment period and are designed to answer your remaining questions after reviewing the Open Enrollment materials.
Before attending, participants are strongly encouraged to watch the pre-recorded 2026 UCLA Retiree Open Enrollment Highlights presentation, which provides a comprehensive overview of this year’s benefits, important updates, and enrollment information. A link to the video will be provided with your registration confirmation. Reviewing the presentation in advance will help make the Help Desk sessions more productive and allow the facilitator to focus on answering your specific questions.
Please note: The UCLA Health Care Facilitator (HCF) assists with escalated medical, dental, and vision plan issues that have not been resolved through your health plan or other appropriate resources. The HCF is not the first point of contact for questions regarding retiree checks, plan premiums, enrollment, eligibility, or coverage. For those matters, please contact the Retirement Administration Service Center (RASC) at 800-888-8267 or log in to UCRAYS for assistance.
Registration is required. Please register for only one Help Desk session so that as many retirees as possible have the opportunity to participate.
