UCLARA Day Trip: Kenneth Hahn State Park

You are invited to join the UCLARA for a hike in Kenneth Hahn State Park. We will walk about one mile on the paved Bowl Loop.  Please wear sensible, closed-toe shoes (walking-, running-, hiking-type shoes).  Bring your own water and if needed, a light snack.  Don't forget to wear sunscreen and a hat.

Directions:  Travel south on La Cienega Boulevard.  Take the Kenneth Hahn State Park Recreation Area exit to enter the park. Follow the Community Loop to the upper parking lot.  See the map: http://file.lacounty.gov/dpr/cms1_213796.pdf

Parking:  Park your car in the upper parking lot. Liz Taylor and Sheena Ricchio, UCLARA hiking coordinators, will be there to greet you. There is no Vehicle 

There is no Vehicle Entrance Fee since Tuesday is a weekday.

Note:  The hike begins at 9 AM.  As a courtesy to other hikers please arrive on time.

After the Hike:  Those who want coffee, breakfast, etc. can drive to La Dijonaise restaurant located at 8703 Washington Boulevard, Culver City, CA 90232, 310-287-2770.  See the website: http://www.ladijonaise.com. Go north on La Cienega Boulevard and turn left on Washington Boulevard.  La Dijonaise is on the right. Street parking is available.
