Not Included: You will make your own reservations for the 2-night stay at the Shadow Mountain Resort and Club. Room cost: group rate of $129 per night + 11% tax for Wednesday (2/14) and Thursday (2/15). This is a special rate. We have a block of 20 rooms. (The resort fee has been waived, no maid service, free parking is included).
If you wish to stay over Friday (2/16), holiday/weekend rates apply at $269 per night plus resort fee and taxes.

Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation is necessary, a full refund will be given if the cancellation is requested by Monday, December 11, 2017. For any cancellations after December 11, 2017, a full refund will be made only if a person on the waiting list can take the place.
